I was truly struck by the usefulness of this DEEP read by George Leonard, in his book called "Mastery".
I believe that all musicians should read it.

I agree. "Mastery" is one of my Bibles. I constantly return to it and review its principles. Another similar book that expands the ideas of "Mastery" is "Effortless Mastery" by Kenny Werner. It explains how to break down even the most difficult music into workable units and eventually play effortlessly.
