Your old mate from down under.
Dear Matt,
Yes, it looks stellar. I have the book "Body Mapping for Flutists" but these videos make it even MORE easy to comprehend.
As we get old and stiffen up, I find deep tissue massage, stretching, and ROLFING to all be very helpful. If you can get the medical establishment to help pay for it, I would go for ten Rolfing sessions. Incredible! They make you feel stretchy and bouncy like a 12 year old again. Truth! :>)

This is the first time I’ve seen a video of body mapping… I’ve played flute for 40 years… About 3000 performances and plenty of practicing… I have no pain! I guess I’ll leave the mapping to others
Yes, there are plenty of people who never have pain, (just like there are many who do not have allergies, or dementia, or who can safely take penicillin.)
We are all as different as snowflakes. That's for sure.
What kinds of performances?
Were they laid back as opposed to competitive?
Best, Jen
