I just noticed something about his right thumb position. It's all the way back so his hand is more forward. Is this bad or good? It looks like the fingers have a little more freedom, but I would never do that.
Very good playing, and interesting to see a professional with such an off-centre embouchure, really great to watch and excellent playing! Very enjoyable arrangement too.

ReplyDeleteBouriakov's RH position is certainly unusual. It must work for HIM, though, because he has some accurate and FAST RH fingers.
