I was struck by the beauty of this film of the twelfth Paris Quartet Chaconne by Telemann, as performed here by Il Giardino Armonico.
Simply lovely.
I love all these Paris Quartets, and look forward to playing this Chaconne, which I hadn't heard before. I've got The American Baroque Ensemble recording, which doesn't include this No. 12.

I love this video! Why are there not more classical musician video's like this?! If only there was a television station like MTV for the classical genres..then I could watch tv without the guilt of not practicing!
